By using foundthedrop.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What This Site Is

The Site publishes deals we have found at third-party retailers, with the price and discount as verified at the time of posting. We are a publisher, not a shop. We hold no inventory, take no orders, process no payments, and ship nothing.

Every transaction is between you and the retailer. Their terms, privacy policy, returns policy, warranty and customer service govern your purchase entirely. Questions about an order, a return, a refund or a damaged item go to the retailer, not to us.

Prices, Availability and Accuracy

We verify each price when we post it and re-check active deals daily. Even so, retailers change prices and pull stock without notice, and a deal can expire between our check and your click. The price shown on the retailer's checkout page is the real price. Always confirm it before you buy.

Coupon codes are published for information only. We cannot guarantee any code is still valid; retailers reissue and withdraw them constantly. If a code fails, it has usually been withdrawn.

We correct errors as we find them and we do not knowingly publish an inflated "was" price. If you spot something wrong, tell us at [email protected] or use the report button on the deal.

Affiliate Relationships

We participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and other retail affiliate programs. Links on this Site are affiliate links, and we earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.

We select deals on merit. Commission rates do not decide what gets posted or how it is described.

Acceptable Use

You may browse the Site, use the deals, and share links freely. You may not scrape or bulk-copy the Site's content for a competing service, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or use the report and signup forms to submit false or automated data.

Intellectual Property

The FoundTheDrop name, logo, layout and written content are ours. Product images, product names and brand marks belong to the respective retailers and manufacturers and appear here for identification under normal editorial and affiliate-program use.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any price, discount, coupon or product description is accurate, complete or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoundTheDrop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, from any purchase made through a link on it, or from any price, coupon or availability error. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third-Party Sites

The Site links to retailers including Amazon, Walmart and Target. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices, policies or practices.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
